Really moist and tasty chops! Just add garlic mashed potatoes and corn on the cob for a perfect meal. Ingredients:
2 butterfly boneless pork chops |
1 1/2 tablespoons paprika |
1 1/2 teaspoons sage |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper or 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 tablespoons oil |
Directions:
1. Combine spices, mix well. 2. Rub mixture thoroughly onto both sides of each chop. 3. Pan fry in oil, cooking both sides, until done. |
