Easy to make and keeps well in the fridge! Ingredients:
2 ounces dry mustard |
1 tablespoon flour |
3 tablespoons malt vinegar |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 clove garlic, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon hot pepper flakes |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 teaspoon dried thyme |
1 teaspoon coarse black pepper |
1 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine dry mustard and flour. 2. Gradually whisk in 1/4 cup cold water. 3. Let stand 15 minutes. 4. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. 5. Makes 1/2 cup. |
