Uses pepper-infused vodka such as Absolut Peppar. Can make your own. Ingredients:
6 ounces peppar vodka |
1 ounce dry vermouth |
1 dash peychaud bitters (optional) |
2 pickled jalapeno peppers |
Directions:
1. Fill a cocktail shaker 3/4 full with ice. 2. Add the pepper vodka and dry vermouth. 3. Shake vigorously; strain into a chilled martini glass. 4. Top up with a dash of bitters, if desired. 5. Garnish with a pickled jalapeno pepper. |
