This flank steak has been a hit with our whole family - even picky kids! Ingredients:
1 cup red wine |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
2 tablespoons minced garlic |
2 tablespoons tomato paste |
2 tablespoons emeril's original spice essence |
1 teaspoon pepper |
flank steak |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a freezer bag. 2. Close freezer and mix ingredients well by squeezing bag. 3. Flank steak can then be put in bag and put into freezer. 4. Thaw in fridge for 24 hours before cooking. 5. Grill or broil 7-8 minutes on each side. |
