                    A really different stuffing or dressing for your turkey. It is rice based Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 lb hot bulk pork sausage  |  
                                                1 small onion, chopped  |  
                                                1 small green pepper, chopped  |  
                                                1 1/2 stalks celery, chopped  |  
                                                1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope instant chicken noodle soup mix  |  
                                                1 cup uncooked long grain rice  |  
                                                3 cups water  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Brown sausage in a Dutch oven, stirring to crumble; drain. Add remaining ingredients, and stir well. 2. Place mixture in a lightly greased 12-x8-x 2 inch baking dish. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until moisture is absorbed.                              |
