So quick and easy to make. A delicious side dish for any meal. Cooking/preparation times does not reflect time needed to defrost frozen corn. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
3 cups frozen corn, defrosted |
5 teaspoons creole seasoning |
salt, to taste |
2 tablespoons italian parsley, chopped (fresh) |
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan over medium heat. 2. When the butter has stopped foaming, add the garlic and sauté until golden, about 3 minutes. 3. Add the corn to the sauce pan and mix well. 4. Add the Creole Seasoning and season with salt to taste. 5. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes to allow the corn to heat through. 6. Remove the sauce pan from the heat and stir in the parsley. 7. Serve immediately. |
