Sound like a good dip for Christmas get together and New Years!! Ingredients:
1 lb. of andouille sausage (or other spicy sausage) |
1/4 cup onion |
1/8 cup cilantro and jalapenos to taste |
2 lbs. velveeta cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown, drain, and crumble sausage. Mince onion, cilantro, and 2. jalapenos. 3. Combine all ingredients and cook in the microwave or on a 4. double boiler until heated all the way through. 5. Serve with toast points, crackers, chips, or tortillas. |
