This cake is so easy to make but so moist and so high on great flavors. The pineapple really makes this an awesome cake. Enjoy Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour |
1-/2 cups granulated |
2 teaspoon baking |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs |
1 small can crushed pineapple with juice |
icing |
3/4 cup granulated sugar |
1/2 cup evaporated milk |
1 stick butter |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
1 cup coconut |
Directions:
1. Sift all dry ingredients then add eggs and pineapple and blend well. 2. Pour into greased rectangular pain and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. 3. Combine all icing ingredients except pecans and coconut then cook until it thickens slightly. 4. Add pecans and coconut then spread over warm cake. |
