1/4 cup salt (optional) |
1/3 cup onion powder |
1/3 cup garlic powder |
1/3 cup cayenne (dat's hot) |
1/4 cup white pepper |
1/4 cup black pepper |
2 2/3 tablespoons thyme |
1/4 cup oregano |
1 1/3 tablespoons ground ginger |
1 1/3 tablespoons ground sage |
Directions:
1. Combine and mix all ingredients and use your preferred amount to pre-season your favorite barbecued/grilled, baked, broiled or pan-fried meat or fish. 2. NOMZ. |
