I had to guess at the cooking time as it was not in my original recipe and I always just cook it till it don't jiggle :) This is really rich and really good. From another of my New Orleans recipe friends.
Ingredients:
1 box yellow butter recipe cake mix (or your favorite butter cake recipe)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 (1 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
1/3 cup jim beam kentucky bourbon
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 (1 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
1 (1 ounce) can crushed pineapple (including juice)
1 (1 ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping
1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
Directions:
1. Mix all the cake stuff up and put in 2 regular cake pans (sprayed with Pam) and bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
2. Bake until it does not jiggle too bad in the middle.
3. Mix the filling/icing ingredients and spread between the cooled layers and on top.
