This salad is extremely yummy on a hot summer day.
Ingredients:
1 fennel bulb, split in half and sliced thinly
1/4c olive oil
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
salt & pepper
fresh or frozen fruit (we've used frozen blueberries, raspberries, fresh mango, dried cranberries - all were delicious)
Directions:
1. Toss all stuff in a bowl, mix until coated.
2. Really, that's it.
