Low calorie Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal |
2 tsp vanilla extract |
1/2 cup soy milk |
1/4 cup egg beaters |
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1/2 tsp oil |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 tbsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
1/4 tsp ginger |
1/8 tsp nutmeg |
3/4 cup frozen blueberries |
2 tsp cinnamon |
1 pinch of salt |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 2. mix dry igredients, add wet ingredients 3. put in to muffin pan 4. cook until done |
