Paul Bassett is an Australian barista world champion and this is adapted from his creation. Similar to an affogato but with it's own spin. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons double cream |
1 teaspoon honey |
3 teaspoons nutella |
40 ml freshly brewed espresso |
hazelnuts, roasted & crushed to serve |
Directions:
1. Lightly whisk the cream & honey until thickened. 2. Pour nutella into a warmed martini glass and pour espresso over the top. 3. Top with the honey cream & hazelnuts, serve with biscotti. |
