5 lbs pork loin |
24 ounces salsa (pace picante medium) |
2 cups brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Roast in crock pot for 5-6 hours. 2. Shred meat. 3. Cook one more hour. 4. Serve with cafe rio beans, rice, and tomatillo dressing (see other recipes). |
