Ingredients:
4 cups hot strong coffee |
2 cinnamon sticks (3 inches long each) |
4 whole cloves |
4 cardamom pods |
milk |
brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Brew coffee and pour directly into a glass carafe with all the spices at the bottom. 2. Allow to come to room temperature, strain, and store covered in the refrigerator. 3. Pour over ice into tall glasses and serve with milk and brown sugar, if desired (the addition of milk and sugar intensifies the spices, so taste as you go). |
