2 ounce(s) espresso brewed 2 shots espresso |
1 cup(s) milk, skim |
Directions:
1. Clean, empty jam jar or similar glass jar with tight lid. Heat skim milk over low/med heat to avoid scalding until hot. Pour espresso in the serving cup large enough to contain espresso and milk. When hot, pour milk into jar and close tightly with lid. Shake vigorously 10-15 seconds. Foam will be produced in the jar. Open and pur into the cup. Enjoy! 85 calories. |
