I found this recipe in a Kraft magazine and made it one year for Thanksgiving. Everyone loves it because it's light and sweet after such a big meal. Ingredients:
2 pkg. of lady fingers (3 oz. each) |
8 oz. fat free cream cheese |
2 cups fat free milk |
2 pkg. vanilla sugar-free fat free instant pudding (4 svg. size each) |
1 cup hot brewed coffee |
12 oz. tub fat free frozen whipped topping, thawed |
Directions:
1. Brush cut side of ladyfingers with 1/4 cup very strong hot brewed coffee. 2. Place lady fingers on bottom and up the side of a 2 quart glass serving bowl. 3. Beat softened fat free cream cheese and 3/4 cup hot brewed coffee in large bowl with wire whisk til smooth. Slowly add 2 cups fat free milk and mix until smooth. 4. Add the 2 pkg. pudding mixes. Beat until blended. Gently fold in 8 oz. tub of Fat Free Whipped Topping. 5. Chill 1 hour. Top with remaining frozen whipped topping. |
