Serving size depends on how you slice it. This cake is delicious. My friend gave me this recipe a few months ago. Ingredients:

1 tsp. vanilla |
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour |
1/2 tsp. baking powder |
1/4 tsp. salt |
1 tbsp. instant espresso granules |
1/3 cup milk |
frosting...... |
1 ( 3oz.) cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup ( 1 stick) butter or margarine, softened |
1 tbsp. instant espresso granules |
1/3 cup milk |
1 lb. package confectioners sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. 2. Grease and flour an 8-inch squar baking pan. 3. FROSTING: 4. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter at medium 5. speed until smooth. Dissolve the instant espresso in milk. 6. Add confectioners sugar to cream cheese mixture alternately with 7. milk mixture, beating 1-2 minutes or until blended. Remove 1 cup of 8. frosting from bowl and set aside. 9. CAKE: 10. With mixer at slow speed, add eggs to remaining frosting in 11. mixing bowl. Add vanilla, beat until blended. In small bowl,combine flour,baking powder and salt. Dissolve espresso granules in milk. Add flour mixture to mixing bowl alternately with milk mixture and continue beating 1-2 minutes or until well blended. 12. Pour into pan and bake 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in 13. center comes out clean. 14. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan. Cool completely. Place cake on 15. serving plate. Spread sides and top of cake with the remaining frosting that was set aside |
