very simple and delicious! it has just enough chocolate for my taste, but would be fabulous with extra syrup! also note..... the egg white mixture will work fine in any bowl, but will work best with chilled bowl/beaters enjoy :) Ingredients:
1 cup brewed coffee or 1 cup espresso |
1 egg white |
2 tablespoons powdered sugar |
1 tablespoon cocoa |
whipped cream (for garnish) (optional) |
1 pinch cocoa (for garnish) (optional) |
chocolate (for garnish) (optional) or caramel syrup (for garnish) (optional) |
Directions:
1. beat egg white with mixer on high until soft peak forms. 2. add powdered sugar slowly while beating until all mixed inches. 3. add cocoa slowly while beating until all mixed inches. 4. fill coffee cup about 1/3 full of chocolate mixture and fill the rest with coffee. 5. give it a little stir and garnish as desired! |
