A lovely Belgian coffeehouse beverage. Ingredients:
1 egg white |
1/2 cup whipping cream |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla |
3 cups coffee |
Directions:
1. Beet the egg white untill stiff. 2. Whip the cream and the vanilla till stiff. 3. Gently fold together the whipped cream and the egg white. 4. Fill 4 cups 1/3 of the way up with egg mixture. 5. Divide coffee between 4 cups. |
