Easy peasy and yummy for breakfast, lunch, or dinner & low in calories! I like to use Annie's Goddess Dressing but you can use whatever caesar you like. Makes one serving but you can of course make more than one wrap if you are making it for more than one person. Ingredients:
1 whole wheat tortilla (la tortilla factory or any 100 calorie tortilla) |
1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped (i just estimate) |
2 tablespoons croutons |
1 tablespoon annie's goddess dressing (or any light caesar you like) |
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese or 1 tablespoon romano cheese, grated |
1 pinch parsley (optional) |
Directions:
1. Place your warmed up tortilla on a paper towel (I like to warm mine up in a pan for a minute or two). 2. Spread the dressing around the tortilla. 3. Put the lettuce in the middle. 4. Sprinkle on the croutons & the cheese & the parsley if using. 5. Fold in the sides, then fold the top of the tortilla over tucking everything inside. Press down firmly to hold together. 6. Dig in! |
