Fried fish from china in a salad. Ingredients:
3 heads romaine lettuce leaves |
6 ounces baby salad leaves |
1/2 cup fried white fish fillet |
1 cup caesar salad dressing |
1 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |

Directions:
1. You can but this fried dace fish at the Chinese market. Remove bone and hand shredded the fish and drain off the oil from the can. 2. In a mixing bowl blend the dace filets, oyster sauce, pepper and Caesar dressing and mix well. 3. In a chill salad bowl blend the two lettuces and toss well. Before serving blend in the Caesar dressing as needed and toss together and top with croutons. |
