Found this recipe in a magazine many years ago. I like it because it uses anchovy paste and contains no eggs. Ingredients:
1/4 cup lemon juice |
3 drops worcestershire sauce |
2 drops tabasco sauce |
3 -4 garlic cloves |
1 -2 teaspoon anchovy paste |
1/8 cup parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients EXCEPT the olive oil. 2. Next, while the blender is running, and slowly add olive oil. 3. Chill 20-60 minutes. |
