I love this recipe. This dressing is delicious. Tastes just like or maybe even better than regular caesar dressing. And oh-so low cal. Yum. Enjoy. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons fat-free greek yogurt or 2 tablespoons plain fat-free yogurt |
1 small garlic clove, minced |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon malt vinegar |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
salt and black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients into a small mixing bowl and whisk together. 2. Taste and season (with salt and pepper). |
