Easy to make and wonderful over traditional salads or even in a good pasta salad. Truly yummy. Ingredients:
3 garlic cloves; minced |
1/2 lemon; juice of |
3/4 cup mayonnaise; low fat |
3 tablespoons anchovy paste |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese; grated |
1 teaspoon dried parsley |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
salt and pepper; to taste |
Directions:
1. Puree all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute. 2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. 3. Yield: 1 1/8 cups |
