This is my take on a lighter version of Caesar salad dressing minus the anchovy paste as I cannot find it anywhere in my local grocery stores. I don't even miss it. Ingredients:
1 cup light mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon 2% low-fat milk |
Directions:
1. Mince garlic and press down in bowl with salt and pepper. Whisk in lemon juice, mayo, Worcestershire and milk. Toss in Parmesan cheese. |
