Easy and not so guilt-ridden recipe. Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
3 tablespoons oil |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 egg (coddled, boiled for 1-1/2 minutes) |
1 garlic clove, minced |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender or with a hand blender. |
