Since I could not find this on recipezaar, and found it some other place, here it is to add to your repetoire Ingredients:
4 ounces anchovies, drained |
1/2 lemon |
3 garlic cloves |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 -2 dash cayenne |
1/3 cup olive oil |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1/2 cup crouton |
2 bunches romaine lettuce |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Rub the bottom third of a wooden bowl with a garlic clove; add anchovies and mash until they are a paste. Add egg and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Mince garlic cloves and add along with Worcestershire,salt, mustard, red pepper, olive oil, and parmesan and stir well. |
