Ingredients:
9 cups romaine lettuce, in bite size pieces |
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1/2 cup garlic-flavored croutons or 1/2 cup caesar-flavor croutons |
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked til crisp and crumbled |
6 slices red onions, broken into rings |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine lettuce, crumbled bacon, onion and croutons. 2. Pour the dressing over and 1/2 the cheese, toss well. 3. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and serve. |
