Found in the Good to Go Cookbook, is great hot or cold! Ingredients:
1 lb pasta, any style |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup plain yogurt |
1 cup caesar salad dressing |
2 cooked boneless chicken breast halves, thinly sliced |
lettuce |
1 tomato, sliced |
1/4 red onion, sliced |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente. 2. Whisk the mayo, yogurt, and dressing together in a serving bowl large enough to hold the pasta. 3. Drain the pasta add to serving bowl with the dressing. Add the chicken, tossing well to coat. 4. Serve on a bed of lettuce; dress with tomato and red onion. |
