Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, minced and mashed to a paste with 1/4 tsp salt |
1 tablespoon anchovy paste |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 cup mayonnaise |
3/4 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire Sauce. 2. Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and pepper to taste. 3. Whisk dressing until combined well. 4. Toss with salad greens or serve as a dip with crudités. |
