Ingredients:
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
2 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
1 tablespoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
