This is very light and refreshing. Easy to make and goes great with just about everything. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 bunch asparagus |
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon caesar dressing |
Directions:
1. Use a saute pan that is 3 deep. 2. Fill half way with water and bring to a boil. 3. Cut the woody ends from the asparagus. 4. Add to boiling water and boil for 7 minutes. 5. Remove from boiling water and run under cold water for 2 minutes. 6. Toss with dressing and a lemon juice. |
