Cabbage With Liquid Smoke |

This is from Justin Wilson's Easy Cookin . I haven't made it yet. Ingredients:
6 large mushrooms, sliced |
2 large onions, chopped roughly |
1 teaspoon liquid smoke |
salt |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon chopped garlic |
1 cup chopped bell pepper |
1 cup dry white wine |
1 medium cabbage (cubed or shredded) |
Directions:
1. Put everything except cabbagein a large pot. Cover well with water. Bring to a rolling boil, add cabbage, and bring back to a boil. Lower heat to a bubbly boil and cook until the vegetables are very tender, about 1 hour. |
