Cabbage with Green Onions and Caraway

Ingredients:
6 cups thinly sliced green cabbage (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 cup finely chopped peeled cucumber
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup dry vermouth or dry white wine
Directions:
1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add first 7 ingredients. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until cabbage wilts, stirring occasionally. Add vermouth; cook 2 minutes.
