Spicy curry for rice,rotis Ingredients:
1/2 lb cabbage |
1/2 cup onion |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder |
1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds |

1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon mustard seeds |
1 tablespoon cilantro |
Directions:
1. Cut cabbage,onion into thin long strips. Pour some oil in a big pan,fry mustard seeds, hing,fenugreek seeds. Add onion saute them until they are translucent. Now add cabbage, salt,chili powder,turmeric powder. Cover and cook the cabbage in its own moisture.Do not cook them for more time.(4 minutes is quite enough for the cabbage to be cooked). |
