A very simple recipe, can be easily double. Ingredients:
2 cups cabbage, chopped finely in strips |
5 cups chicken broth |
salt and pepper |
2 -3 carrots, chopped finely in strips (optional) |
Directions:
1. Cut the cabbage and carrots finely in strips. 2. Heat the chicken broth in a large casserole. 3. Add the cabbage and carrots. 4. Let boil 20 to 25 minutes. 5. You can add seasonning to your own taste. 6. I tried with red cabbage and I won't do it again cause the color is not inviting. |
