My take on a low cal lunch. Ingredients:
1 head cabbage, chopped |
1 onion, diced |
4 celery ribs, diced |
4 ounces mushrooms, sliced |
2 tablespoons garlic, finely minced |
14 cups water |
10 chicken bouillon cubes |
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together and bring to a boil. 2. Turn heat down and simmer until veggies are soft. 3. Serve warm or cold. |
