This spicy cabbage slaw is perfect for when you need a quick and easy side dish. Ingredients:
3 cups sliced cabbage |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/8 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 cup cilantro leaves |
1 jalapeño pepper, very thinly sliced |
1 ripe peeled avocado, sliced |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 5 ingredients. Chill 1 hour. Add cilantro and jalapeño; toss. Top with avocado. Serve immediately. |
