This spicy cabbage slaw is perfect for when you need a quick and easy side dish.
Ingredients:
3 cups sliced cabbage
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
1 jalapeño pepper, very thinly sliced
1 ripe peeled avocado, sliced
Directions:
1. Combine the first 5 ingredients. Chill 1 hour. Add cilantro and jalapeño; toss. Top with avocado. Serve immediately.
