Get back to the basics with this easy cabbage slaw featuring thinly sliced radishes and fresh mint. Instead of a creamy dressing, it’s tossed with a citrusy vinaigrette. Ingredients:
4 cups shredded cabbage |
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced radishes |
1/2 cup diagonally cut green onions |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1/3 cup chopped fresh mint |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients; toss. Sprinkle with mint, salt, and pepper. |
