Raw cabbage is good for you. This doesn't taste like it is. Ingredients:
1 lb shredded cabbage |
1 c shredded carrots |
4 scallions, chopped |
1/4 c vinegar, unsweetened rice vinegar |
1 tsp black pepper |
2 tbsp olive oil |
2 tbsp sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together and toss. Serve cold. |
