So different, but the best I've ever had! I do not care for peanuts so I used extra almonds or another nut variation. Ingredients:
4 c. chopped cabbage |
1 c. slivered almonds |
1 c. peanuts |
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped |
1 garlic clove |
1/4 c. olive oil |
1 tbsp. sugar |
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Toss first five ingredients together, set aside. Mix remaining three and pour over cabbage. |
