So different, but the best I've ever had! I do not care for peanuts so I used extra almonds or another nut variation.
Ingredients:
4 c. chopped cabbage
1 c. slivered almonds
1 c. peanuts
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Toss first five ingredients together, set aside. Mix remaining three and pour over cabbage.
