rice and ground beef rolled in cabbage and stewed in tomatoe sauce. Ingredients:
4 cups rice |
1 lb. ground beef |
1 head cabbage |
4 cups tomatoe |
4 large tomatoes |
Directions:
1. blanch cabbage and break core to remove leaves. cook rice, ground beef and onion. Place mixture in cabbage leaves and roll. 2. Stew in large pot with tomatoe juice and tomatoes added. |
