Cabbage rolls made with beef Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef, 85% lean |
1 1/2 cups brown rice |
25 cabbage leaves |
4 cups tomato, cooked, no salt |
1 medium onion |
1 egg, large |
Directions:
1. Boil cabbage head and cut off leaves. 2. Mix beef and other ingredients. 3. place beef in cabbage leaf and roll. 4. Simmer for 4 or 5 hours |
