16 oz ground beef |
1/2 cup onion |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 cup pasta sauce |
3/4 cup water |
1/2 cup rice |
3 cups cabbage, coarsely chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3. Drain off any fat 4. Add onion and seasonings 5. Cook until onion is transparent 6. Stir in pasta sauce, water and rice 7. Put cabbage in a casserole dish 8. Pour meat mixture over cabbage 9. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours |
