Cabbage, Rice, Tuna, Cheese Salad |

At first I though it's... well.... ugly. Than I tasted it... WOW! Ingredients:
1 -1 1/2 cup white rice, cooked, without any spices |
1/2 cabbage, nicely chopped |
6 ounces tuna in vegetable oil |
bulgarian cheese |
salt or pepper or some lemon juice |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the cabbage, tuna (with the oil!) and crumble the cheese in your hands into the bowl - heat the rice (or take directly form the pot, while still hot) and pour into the bowl. Mix nicely, season with salt, pepper and a bit of lemon juice (not a must) and serve while rice is still warm - . |
