CABBAGE PEPPER TARRAGON SLAW This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Rodgers Estate in Dallas, Texas in 2001. Ingredients:
4 cups shredded crisp cabbage |
1/2 cup chopped green pepper |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon celery seed |
1/8 teaspoon white pepper |
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar |
1 teaspoon prepared mustard |
1/2 cup salad dressing |
Directions:
1. Combine vegetables, sugar, salt, celery seed and pepper. 2. Combine vinegar, mustard and salad dressing then add to vegetables and mix thoroughly. |
