this dish will be loved by those who eats parathas in breakfast. my family loves it. Ingredients:
3 cup wheat flour. |
1 cup graded cabbage. |
2 fine chopped green chillies. |
1 tsp graded ginger. |
1 2 cup fine chopped coriander leaves. |
1 tsp red chillie powder. |
1 2 tsp ajwaien. |
1 tsp amchur powder. |
salt to taste. |
butter ghee for frying. |
Directions:
1. STUFFING:- 2. Add graded cabbage, green chillies, coriander, red chillie powder, ajwaien, amchur in a bowl. 3. PARATHA:- 4. *Sieve the atta and salt together. 5. *Then make a dough of flourenough to make balls conveniently. 6. *Now make small balls of the dough and then roll them into round shape small chapaties. 7. *Fill the stuffing, sprinkle salt as per taste,close the chapaties, again roll them in round shapes. 8. *Place these paranthas on hot griddle and when slightly done on one side roll over so that the other side is also cooked. 9. *Now spread somebutter ghee on the first side and roll over. Cook it till that side turns golden. 10. *Repeat the same process with the other side. 11. *Serve the parantha with yogurt or chutny or pickle. |
