A healthy twist on a traditional Polish dish Ingredients:
1 small head of cabbage |
8 ounces brown rice pasta |
14 ounces extra firm tofu |
4 tablespoons olive oil |
1 small onion |
4 garlic cloves |
gluten-free soy sauce (to taste) |
salt and pepper (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Thinly slice cabbage. 2. Dice onion. 3. Mince garlic. 4. Drain and cube tofu. 5. Saute above ingredients until lightly browned. 6. Add cooked pasta. 7. Add soy sauce, pepper and salt to taste. |
