I looove purple/red cabbage!!! This sounds delectable!! Ingredients:
6 tablespoons rice vinegar |
1 table. sugar |
2 tsp. horseradish |
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion |
2 table. coarsely chopped crystallized ginger |
1 head red cabbage, thinly sliced |
2 firm red pears, coarsely chopped |
salt to taste |
1/2 cup chopped green onions |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Add the cabbage and salt to taste. mix well. let stand at least 10 minutes, then mix again. Add chopped pears, and green onions and mix into the salad. 2. enjoy |
